Złoty Stok Investment invites you to explore the historic residence – a small palace built in 1895-1896 by Hermann Guttler in Złoty Stok at 2 Wojska Polskiego Street.

The residence is a significant historical monument located in Złoty Stok. This elegant building is an expression of the architectural and cultural heritage of the region.

The residential building – the Palace, whose construction began in 1895 as the home of the owner of the ‘Reicher Trost’ mine and arsenic smelter Hermann Güttler. In a room on the ground floor, with an entrance from the market side, the commercial office of the company has been preserved. The building is in an eclectic style, drawing on the traditions of Northern Mannerism, with a decorative bay window and a blind arcade supported by ornate columns from the market side. Above the decorative entrance from Wojska Polskiego Street, there are medallions with the heads of miners and a mining symbol.

The monument is located at Wojska Polskiego Street 2 and is deeply rooted in the city’s history, contributing to the unique character of Złoty Stok.
