EPOXY PAINTS

Two-component products designed for priming steel, galvanized steel, and cast iron structures and equipment in urban, marine, and industrial atmospheres.

Stonox Zn – Zinc anti-rust epoxy primer is a two-component product containing an active pigment suspension (zinc dust) in an epoxy resin solution in the first component. The second component – a hardener – is a solution of polyaminoamide resin in organic solvents.

Stonox Fos – anti-corrosion primer is a two-component product based on epoxy resin, hardened with polyaminoamide, containing zinc phosphate as an active anti-corrosion pigment. The obtained coatings adhere very well to the substrate, are mechanically durable and flexible. They show high resistance to the effects of atmospheric conditions, water, alkali and salt solutions.

Stonox Mio – a two-component paint based on epoxy resin, hardened with polyaminoamide, forms coatings resistant to the action of water, salt and alkali solutions, petroleum, heating oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, and some organic solvents, adheres very well to the substrate, and has high mechanical strength.

Stonox Mastic300 – a high solids, thick-film epoxy paint is a two-component, thick-film product based on epoxy resin, also hardened at low temperatures. It has good wetting properties. It creates coatings resistant to the action of water, salt and alkali solutions, petroleum, heating oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, and some solvents.
